Print Pricing
The sizes shown refer to the approximate “image size” – matting and framing add to the outside dimensions of your image. The image area will be aesthetically fit to the mat size. Dimensions of the image will vary depending on the actual image cropping. Tax and shipping are extra and are not included in these prices. Contact our office with any questions regarding print sales.
Payment Acceptance
We accept the following for payment: Personal check or Postal/Bank Money Orders. All payments must be made in US funds.
Submitting Print Order
Fill out the “order form” specifying the print size and type of mat and/or frame. Print the order form out and send with payment to Lisa Keller Photography, LLC.
Processing Time
We attempt to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. For prints, allow 4 weeks for the order to be processed and delivered.
Shipping – Photographic Prints
We ship all print orders via FedEx Ground unless requested by customer. In the event that shipping is upgraded at the customer’s request, Lisa Keller Photography, LLC will quote and charge the additional amounts.
We will ship unframed matted prints anywhere in the world. Delivery of framed prints is limited to the continuous 48 states of North America. Shipping is via FedEx Ground.
A physical address is required. No post office boxes please.
Shipping Outside the United States
For orders outside the United States, it will be necessary to quote the shipping charges on an individual basis. For a specific quote, please Contact us noting the items and location that you wish the order shipped.
Damage Claims and Returns
In the event that your shipment should be damaged in shipping, please send an e-mail to info@kellerimages.com. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN merchandise unless you have corresponded with our office first. We will be happy to assist you directly.
Guarantee
We want to be sure that you are happy with the prints you purchase from Kellerimages.com/Lisa Keller Photography, LLC. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a print you ordered from us, simply return it within two weeks of receipt in the original packaging, in undamaged condition, and we will refund the price of the print. You will be responsible for return shipping.
